« I was double charged for my room. Staff ignored phone and email requests for a refund. Even Expedia staff had a hard time reaching hotel staff to dispute the charges. The staff that I was able to speak with on the phone was rude. The elevator was out of service and no notification was made prior to my arrival. Overall, not a great experience. It’s definitely not worth the price tag. »

« The room was extremely dirty. There were mice, frequently enough that I could have a video of it (would add it here if it was an option). There were cigarettes holes in the sheet, objects on the floor (a candy and a beer cap). Hotel staff told me I would be fully reimbursed and sent a bill of 0$ to my email. This was sent to Expedia who then told me I'd be reimbursed only for the days I didn't stay there. 0 star Super 8 and 0 star Expedia »

« The pillows are terrible and need to be changed. Additionally the shampoo was terrible and the breakfast was nothing to desired. »

Beaucoup d'attention et de gout dans les amenagements et détails avec en plus les basiques de cuisine fournis généreusement , et là aussi avec un choix de qualité. Et aussi de bons bouquins dans la bibliothèque. Dommage que je n'y ai passé que 3 nuits! »

« The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. »
